Sloppily made, and hardly any meat, I ordered a Mexican pizza @ $7, it wasn't worth the cost.
I am in town to help out with the current Hurricane situation about to occur. I arrived to this location 5 minutes after closing... so, I couldn?t go in. Unfortunately I drive a truck that is over the height limit for going through the drive-thru. The workersall seen that I was in a truck & wouldn?t be able to fit through the drive-thru, & when I asked if I could place an order bywalking up, they ignored me, & then when finally getting to ask someone they told me no that I cannot make a walk-up order. It?sbad that truck driver?s be stuck on the road driving a cross the country all of the time, & can never get anything to eat causeof this rule. I eat at Taco Bell a lot, & no other store has ever denied me ordering cause of me being in a truck!!! This waspure laziness of the staff not wanting to help or serve a loyal customer!!! Read more
Pretty horrific service. I received the wrong items and when asked about it to the cashier she wouldn?t even look at me in the... eyes and said ?no that?s what you ordered.? Then proceeded to argue with me about it. I knew what I ordered and it wasn?t that.Its possible she didnt hear me correctly because the drive through speakers aren?t the best quality. Instead of apologizingabout the mishap (which I complete understand as it happens) she got upset with me and made me feel awful. I ended up justthrowing the food in the trash. Read more
Taco Bell N Monroe St. Never had any issues there. Took the most precautions of a fast foods during pandemic. Always friendly... and timely and orders correct. However..I have noticed burritos and things getting thinner! there are some vegetarian optionstoo. Read more

The Enchirito was excellent. It was expensive...$6.00 for something that should cost $2.00. The only thing is is that it was... missing the old style green sauce that was discontinued over 10 years ago. Bring that green sauce back. It made everythingexcellent. Read more
