Not only did I ask for them to double check the order because I had items missing a previous time, but I got home (20 mins away)... and we were missing a 12 count of Cinnabon delights and a fry. I call up there and explain the missing items and that my wife isalmost back there as I?m feeding our kiddos. They argue with me on the phone first that I?m wrong and then that I need to bringback the receipt and bags. I explain that now most of the bags have trash in them and that my wife has the receipt and ask whatI should do about the bags? She says bring the bags and hangs up on me. Read more
I eat here probably once every 2 weeks for the last 6 years. Always check your bag before you leave. They often forget to put... items in the bag, like tacos and the sauce packets. My crunchwrap has been left under the press too long and tasted burnt, orhad no crunchy shell in the center (making it a crunchless wrap) , or they have not added the extra nacho cheese that Irequested and paid for. Ordered 35.00 worth of food and this crew literally refused to serve my food! She said they were too short staffed to complete... my meal. Got ripped off , They charged me 35.00 and refused to make the food and refused a refund. They simply felt ?ENTITLED?to my hard earned money. I got Nothing for my money! Ordered a simple order and guess what it is wrong. No tomatoes and sour cream.
