Attempted to make several bookings for my birthday but was unable to get a hold of anyone. Finally my wife calls today to try... and book a table for my friends and I for Sunday and instead she is scolded for attempting to book on parents weekend. Host keptbringing up parents weekend saying he ?may? be able do it, but it?s parents weekend and she should?ve tried 45 days ago. Mindyou, this is after I attempted to book several times without reaching someone. Only been here once and it was a good experiencebefore, but rude customer service from the start of another booking just spoils the service. Read more

Stopped going over two years ago. Could not get a properly cooked steak along with other issues like ordering items off a menu... to only find out they didn?t have the item to poor service. So tonight my husband and I decided to try again. He ordered afilet medium. Came out rare!! Blood rare when he cut into it. I ordered Salmon Picatta with wilted spinach. Salmon way overcooked! Flaky and dry. Sauce watery from spinach and tasteless. Capers? Barely. Lovely place but food is not prepared properly. Server was very nice. Last time for us. Read more

Made dinner reservations to celebrate my sons college graduation. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated immediately. Our... waiter, Noah seemed very overwhelmed. He greeted us, and asked for our drink orders. My family ordered cocktails and I ordereda bottle of wine which took (I kid you not at least 15+ minutes to arrive). He did apologize and said they are busy but thatthe bottle was coming out soon. We said no worries. We all know it's out of the servers control. We ordered the shrimpcocktail and Poke Tuna for the appetizer which was very good. As we were deciding what to order for our main Entrée, weoverheard Noah mentioning additional items which were not on the menu. So we asked him and he did mention some yummy itemswhich were not listed. So we ordered the Lamb Chops which is my sons favorite, the Ribeye, the Pasta Ramona and the Filettenderloin. My son asked what were the sides for the Lamb Chops and Noah said no sides just an Aioli sauce. So we orderedsides to go along with our meal (which were all delicious) only to find out that his dish came with mashed potatoes. My husbandordered the Rib Eye which was nothing but fat. We didn't say anything about it as we were trying to make the best of the night.My son has been a server all throughout college and he did mention that if a customer leaves a plate full of food, you ask ifthere was anything wrong with it or try to acknowledge it. Again, we know that it's not the servers fault but at least saysomething! I must end this review by saying the quality of food was very very good except for the steak:-( Read more

This review is strictly for management. Upon arrival to the location we were being watched aggressively. I was attempting to... tape a thin banner in the private room with tape on the wood not walls. The (owner) Andy frowned on us and walked in openingboth private doors and told us we?re not allowed to hang anything even though the event manager told us there were minimaldecorations allowed. He was very rude when speaking to us instead of kindly letting us know. We asked him why was he frowning inwhich he claimed he was not but both me and my fiancé saw him. He frequently kept walking by and looking into the room shakinghis head. I do not recommend this place due to management. Our servers were amazing both Ally and David I?m just sorry they haveto work for someone like him. Read more

I went here for my birthday dinner. I made reservations online through open table and made a comment that I was going there for... my birthday. I believe they took that into inconsideration because they gave me and my husband a really good table and the foodwas delicious. Our waitress was really nice and they had live music it was such a relaxing feeling can?t wait to go back. Read more

Two weeks ago I had the most amazing salmon - ever! So good I ordered again tonight - to go. Oh my!!! What a shock! The... salmon was coated in salt beyond belief. I tried to scrape it off and eat what I could. Had I been at the restaurant, it wouldhave been sent back! What a disappointment! Beware! Read more

The Blue Halo Restaurant was truly quite the experience. The feel of the place gave a luxury dining feel. Of course during the... month of the February there is bound to be a Valentines special and luckily I was fortunate to try out two of the signagecocktails called "Love Potion #9 " & "Watermelon Sugar" both were made perfectly with the right amount of adult kick! .Further along the night our waiter brought out our dessert earlier than expected which was a bummer but I still helped my selfto a piece of the decadent delight. Soon after our entrees was brought out, unfortunately the presentation for theplating could've been more appealing for an establishment of this class. Overall the atmosphere of the place was really nice3 different options for seating the , bar , low top & hightop. The seasoning ratio for the food is a bit off in terms of somedishes will be heavily salted and others will be bland. *absolutely no COVID-19 protocols* We had a reservation & upon walking in requested to sit outside. (Hostesses not wearing... masks) We were told that outside was reserved- which puzzled us because when you make a reservation online there isn?t an optionto choose location of seating. We were directed to an inside table, but within about 10-15 minutes our area was totally overpacked. We observed people walking around, staff & customers, not wearing masks & definitely not an inch of distance betweenanyone. My husband requested another table & we sat at a high top at the bar. We had ordered truffle fries as an appetizer, butwhat we received was really cold fries glistening in oil w/some truffle flavor- that was pretty disappointing. My husbandenjoyed his Chimichurri steak & my burger was alright. I do wish they mentioned it came with a ciabatta bun because I don?t likethat kind of bread. Also the seasoning they put on the fries just really didn?t taste good at all. Nothing about the meal wasappealing. The best part was the salad, the goat cheese & strawberries were refreshing. Although it did feel like there was toomuch dressing in it for my taste. Overall, definitely not a place to visit if you?re still trying to take COVID-19 precautions because no one there cares.
