Grace and another employee were working on 7/28/2022 while a sports team was in the store talking. It was 9:30p.m. and she told... my family and I that we couldn?t order food because they had already started cleaning up their kitchen. She stated that we couldonly order smoothies? AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT NEITHER OF THE EMPLOYEES GREETED US AS WE WALKED IN? NEVER EVEN ASKED IF THEYCOULD HELP US WITH ANYTHING? they just stared off until we were ready to order. So they moved 3 doors down. Now they have restrooms. It's bright and cheery. The servers were efficient and nice. My chia... banana peanut butter smoothie tasted kind of watery but healthy good. Maybe I should have ordered it with yogurt or almondmilk. Read more

I was totally disappointed with this location. I went in looking to get the highly talked about watermelon mojito only to... recieve it with the lime over powering all the other flavors. I don't know if the worker Darrick had too many orders or what butit was not blended well at all. Either way was disappointed and considered it a lost and waste of money. Read more

In terms of Tropical Smoothie in general, I like ordering off Tropical Smoothie?s mobile app as it is really convenient. Also,... one thing that will always put Tropical Smoothie above other smoothie chains is their food. My favorite is the Thai Chickenwrap! Regarding this location specifically, the staff were very nice and everything came out very quickly. Cute locationcurrently, but I?m glad they?re also renovating and expanding. Read more
