I have been to hundreds of these stores but this one is unique because it is square and not rectangular! Well my husband and I were asked to leave because of his long time ex girlfriend was the only waitress working, the boss, very... nice guy. Her however I found it pretty petty that she wouldn?t serve us because of my husband is her ex. If we knew she workedthere obviously we wouldn?t have considered Waffle House but now we?ll never go to another one again. I'm a fan of Waffle House. Have been long time. This was my second time visiting this location and I noticed they are not all... the same depending on management. This location is a smoke-free environment. That means no smoking. Seat yourself. Delivers withPostmates. "Video recording in use for management, training, and investigative purposes." Open 24 hours. My experience: Myorder was not made to my liking but the store did not have any issues re-making it or accommodating me. Im selective in what Ieat so I try to make myself as clear as possible when I do dine-out. I normally like to make my observations beforehand aswell. Gas and other chemicals can be infused or transmitted so I may be hesitant to order. I've been food poisoned before solittle details help. Verifying the food is safe along with the people or tools cooking/serving the food. Food Quality: Thebiscuits are not made in house or from scratch. They receive them precooked cut them in half The waffle batter is made withshortening, and half/half creamer. The steaks are already pre-packaged. Coke beverage products along with coffee, orange juiceand chocolate milk. Also available at this location are chocolate chip and blueberry waffles. All meals are cooked to order. Allthe foods are not made for everyone to eat so if you have health issues or allergies best to let the server or cook knowbeforehand. Customer Service: I briefly interviewed both customers and employees during my visit and they were overall happywith their experience. Servers need to be more attentive when there are. The grits was lumpy the eggs was runny they forgot to put our meat in our loaded hash brown bowel it only had hash browns and... jalepenos in it. We got our food to go so we was very disappointed when we got back to our room. Read more
