This location never honors my custom orders placed through the app! For example, I can order something with no onions or add... Parmesan crisps to my salad and I can GUARANTEE it won?t be done. So annoying. Read more

I got the strawberry salad ,yummy ???? and they have strawberry ???? frosty ???? now. Super yummy, ok so I really wanted... Wendy's so I waited for a very long time but I noticed that the workers were working their buttons off trying to feed us. Very busy as expected, during lunchtime. Store was clean and condiment area was fully stocked. One cashier at the front counter... who had a great attitude. Watched her assist a visually impaired customer and was very impressed. Food was fresh and order wascorrect. Read more
The staff is very professional in everything they do. They are very good at what they do & that is taking care of YOU. They have... gone above and beyond on several occasions. After a long day, watching the sunset at there lounge on the 8th floor (level 8)having a fine cigar & brandy is second to none. Keep up the good work! I love this place. Read more
Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes, get to the order window at 12:50 and they won?t take our order and tell us they are closed.... Guy came on and told us they are closed because it was 1am. This is so poor customer service for a college town on a game nightat that. 10+ cars in line behind us, good example of poor management and lack of work ethic. Read more
