Wendy's is definitely one of my favorite fast food places their food is always good piping hot and fresh people behind the... counter are always nice willing to take care of anything handle any problem immediately and without issue. Ms. Andrea was very pleasant to speak with on the phone when reassuring me that they had exactly what I wanted hot and fresh at... this location and even offered to take my order over the phone!! ?????????? Additionally, I can?t leave out the fact that I alsoappreciate the attentiveness and fantastic customer service of the entire team when ordering my (much needed) chili thisevening!! I'm not going to lie, the service was better than most of the Wendy's we've visited! The food was as expected, not anything to... special, we've all had Wendy's before. I'm merely focusing on the customer service aspect here. When we went, we weren't havinga great day but the gentleman (forgot your name, I'm sorry!) at the register made sure to come around to us and ask how waseverything. Night manager with big hips n thighs won't let you walk thru drive thru even though when u call corporate they say yes you can.... But she can come out the back door by the drive thru sign in her fuzzy slippers and street clothes carrying food over and overback and forth while you quietly sit on the curb. If she says no walking why can't she bring my food on one of her many tripsoutside?? Then I ordered online and took forever to get anyone to answer the phone inside to tell them and ask if I go to thedoor or drive thru only to get the phone sat down and listen to employees cussing about my online order saying I think I'm slickand went over their heads. She showed me though,I asked for condiments on the app and asked when I was handed the bag if theywere in it and was told yes and the straw too only to get home and not only were the condiments not there,no napkins,nostraws,no spoons for the frostee or chili and my large fry was a small ice cold fry and I was even given a plain except for aton of onions and pickles Jr bacon cheeseburger when I ordered a Dave's triple with cheese and no onions or pickles. I didn'teven look until I walked back home because I was so aggravated with the manager being so nasty to me and the drive thru issueplus I just walked 2 miles and want food,I'm not trying to piss anybody off so I just decided to leave it alone because she madeit clear with her purposeful mistakes on my order that she would win this battle. There's never enough staff at the countereither when it is open,they're all in the back laughing and playing. But the staff other than that manager are super niceespecially a young black lady who is at the drive thru a lot and gives my dog a chicken nugget and the other manager she isabove and beyond concerned with my order being fast and perfect.
