I just want to say that the crew working just before noon on Sunday Nov 27 were amazing considering they were absolutely mobbed... by post Thanksgiving travelers. My experience with post holiday rushes is that things get screwed up easily when you have adozen workers and several dozen customers and orders. Nope. They were like a machine and yet they smiled and listened and not asingle customer seemed unhappy. I honestly hope they are commended or rewarded for above and beyond service. Read more

My burger still had uncooked meat in it. I'm very disappointed that the employees and owners don't care enough to cook food... properly. I had to throw my lunch away once I noticed it so I wasted my hard earned money. Read more

It's been 40 minutes there's at least 7 or 8 employees working. Labor is probably three the roof. Dose management not care or... have consequences for running a poor shift and we are still waiting on food Read more

Whatabuger is delicious. This review is on this location. Avoid this location at all costs. Placed an order on the app for... pick up at 11pm. It said it would be ready in 7 to 10 minutes. Arrived at 11:11 and tried to open the door and it was locked. There were about 20 teenagers inside. Someone came to the door and started yelling thru it saying " we're closed. Go thru thedrive thru!" I explained to them I had a pickup side that was ready and the said it didn't matter, still have to go thru thedrive thru. There were able 12 cars in front of us in the drive thru. We waited 20 minutes and not one car had moved. Whilemy husband waited it the car I tried to go inside again (its now 11:36pm and my food was supposed to have been ready 25 minutesprior). Again, same thing. They said "we're closed inside, go thru the drive thru" but no one inside was working! When I gotback to the car we still had not moved so at that point we just gave up. Issue was, we paid over the app. $35 and no food. Hadto file a complaint with their customer support and it took 3 days to get a refund. Of course no other compensation was offeredfor this horrible inconvenience and terrible service. There are a lot more restaurants in that area who would appreciate thebusiness. Read more

First bad experience I've from Whataburger in quite awhile. Went late night when only the drive thru was open. Ordered the bacon... chz burger only ketchup and mustard. Received a chz burger with mustard and tomatoes with no bacon, which I discovered once Iwas home. Called up to inform them my order was made wrong and was first asked if I wanted to come back for a remake(it wasalmost 2 AM and the line was already running close to an hour while I was there). I declined and said I'd come back anothertime. Kinda felt like I was being rushed off the phone aswell. Read more

Great last stop for Whataburger on I-10 until Jacksonville when coming from the West. Definitely a must stop if you are driving... to Central or South Florida as there is no Whataburger restaurant in those areas. Not right off the highway, but also not faraway. Plenty of parking spaces, and the drive thru lane goes way far back to accommodate for long lines. Always seems clean, andthe people are friendly. Haven't encountered a problem here yet. Read more

I choose this location because it's closest to my job. 3 times my order has been completely wrong. The first two times, I didn't... bother calling the store and complaining, i just gave the meal away, but the 3rd time after waiting an hour and 16 minutes inline, and being charged extra for how i wanted my order made, I decided to call and express my complaint. I spoke with Kamari,and professionally explained to her my order was wrong and this is the 3rd time. I simply asked if they could write my name downand I come in later in the week, and get my corrected order. She was nice, but expressed I needed to bring the good bk tonight.I explained, I am on my lunch break, and am late returning to my job because I was stuck in line over an hour waiting. Sheexpressed my concern to the Manager Greg, who didn't bother to pick up the phone, but decided to hell out loud so that I couldhear him...." No!!!! She needs to bring the food bk tonight, and wait in line. That's just how we do things. At that point thephone hung up. I will not patronize this establishment again, and I'll be disputing the charge with my bank. I don't care if itis roughly $15, it's the principle. Treat loyal customers like they matter! Read more

My first experience with Whataburger. I really liked their bread. The burger was just as amazing as I had heard. I ate their... bread and I loved it even though I am on a paleo/keto diet. I was so glad I cheated with their food. LOL. It was well worth it.The crew was very nice too. The place was clean as well and the employees were keeping it cleaned while we were there. I willmost definitely recommend the Whataburger on N. Monroe. It rocks. Honestly it does. Read more
