It seems any day or time the drive thru has a long line. We stayed in line a long time. I thought that the food would be fresh... but not. Fries was cold not even warm. The sandwich was sloppy. But did not have time to get back in line for returning food. Read more
Will never ever ever go here again. Literally ever. Staff is hopeless. We waited over an hour for our order which they still... didn't get right. This place is pathetic. Went after the game on 10/15/22 and was very impressed with the staff and food. They were like a well oiled machine taking care... of drunk after drunk. All the workers were happy and efficient; easily my best culinary experience of the year. We?re in thedays of having to tip everyone for doing nothing and providing bad service but I actually wish I could tip all the workers thatnight. Lake Bradford location is a joke. If a minus star was a thing that's what they would've gotten. Ordered my family's food at 6:25... thru the app, it's now 7:05 and we had to go in and make our own drinks and are still waiting for our food. This is the secondtime we've had to wait way too long using the app. Love Whataburger, it's my most favorite fast food burger joint, but I willnever go to the Lake Bradford location again. Duecez.... Not good today.... Waiting in drive through for 20 minutes for food. The window guy was so ahead making drinks it was almost... melted by the time I got it. Then a lady brought 3 food bags to him. I don?t normally write reviews, heck, I don?t normally eat fast food but was in Tallahassee on August 12 and needed to conduct... business, mutual site was the restaurant on Lake Bradford Rd, we had a few minutes so decided to eat lunch. It was actuallybetter than I thought but what impressed me was the customer service, was approached by a couple of associates or managers (notsure which) who asked if everything was alright and if they could do anythjng else. Even the associate who was cleaning thefloor near us asked if it was okay to clean there. Impossible to find good, speedy service in Tallahassee. Everytime I come to this location I wait over 20 minutes for my food.... Everytime, I literally watch the employees standing around, talking, touching each other with gloves on that are supposed toprotect the food. What a joke. Avoid this location. Read more
