Delicious wings but the online pickup time is ALWAYS wrong. If I order and it says my food will be ready at 12:30, they usually... haven?t even cooked my wings yet by 12:45 and actual pickup ends up being 1. I don?t think it matters how long you wait, theyalways seem to push your order back until you arrive. Pros: the wings are ALWAYS fresh, Cons: it so long to get your food, evenif you order ahead. My daughter was accused of stealing after requesting a full refund because her order wasn?t correct. ? I was utterly shocked by... what just had transpired. We were both humiliated, and was treated like thieves.Very horrible customer service by cashier andmanager. Throughout the whole ordeal my daughter and I kept calm to defuse the situation. Love wingstop they cook the chicken to perfection
This was the amount of grease on the bottom of the bag that I just picked up. I put this on my car seat and now it's ruined. ... The Parmesan garlic tenders were so salty nobody can eat them. I know the chicken is cooked in grease but this was all over thebottoms of the containers and soaked through the bag in my car. Will never be back and that's a shame, the lady up front was sosweet. Waited 45 mins for my food only to be given cold. Not sure if they had ready a lot faster than they told me it would be. There... was a funny texture to my food so I didn't even eat it. Just eaten the fries. Cost me almost $20 and lost 45 mins of my life. Iknow they were busy but I've been there when busier. Staff just need to tighten up. Cost too much not to get expected service.
