The service was amazing but one of the cashiers seemed as though they had an attitude, and they also asked me for my name even... though I have picked my food up there in the past and my order was the only one up there. Poor customer service and they had me waiting for my mobile order for half an hour for one meal after skipping over me and... serving other customers. I placed a mobile order, told them that I was there, and then they forgot about me. They watched mestand and wait until finally saying something and I had to remind them that I was waiting for my order all that time even thoughI told them my order from the get go. Read more

Rude employees and had to wait. Girl with the braids brought out my food and forgot my drink. Which I politely pointed out to... her. The girl rolls her eyes and walks back inside. The employee who I brought out my drink was pleasant though. This isn?t thefirst time I?ve had a bad experience with that particular employee messing up my order and then have the nerve to get anattitude because she can?t do her job correctly. Read more

This Zaxby?s is the only one I?ve tried, but they?re consistently exceeding my expectations with service, food quality, and... quantity. I hadn?t tried it until last year, and I?ve been at least three times. The staff is always so friendly andsuggestive. The food it always piping hot and crispy. Waited in line for about 15 mins with one car in front of me. I ordered a ?Big Zax Snack with wimpy sauce?? there is literally... barely any sauce at all on these chicken strips.. barely any fries, I understand they have to put the ?ranch sauce? in the box,I guess but come on, take the sauce out and there are barely any fries? there isn?t any season salt on the fries.. I asked foran extra sauce and I got two ranches (that could be my fault).. but definitely meant zax sauce.. After I made my order,normally the Zaxbys I usually go to will repeat back what I had ordered at the intercom, this one didn?t. The guy at the windowdid repeat the order at the window but he didn?t say it correctly which is fine, he was probably in a hurry.. but the lady thattook the order at the intercom should have verified the order.. Walked in for an order, food was nice and fast, also fresh. The cherry on top (and why I give 5 stars) was because napkins and... ketchup were included in the bag without me even asking. Coming from up north, I'm so used to getting stiffed on these things.It's the little things that count. Would buy again. Read more

Order almost $50 worth of food. Didnt get the drinks right, didnt get all that ordered and didnt know til I got home. Chicken... sandwich has the mayo or whatever sauce comes on it was all over ever box. Well look at the picture, wings were DRY!! Chicken fingers two were fairly fresh and one looked HOURS OLD!! Our other order... was nibblers and they had NO SAUCE went and asked for sauce and Rodney gave me 1 Zax sauce for 4 nibblers and I advised himthat wasn't enough, WITH ATTITUDE he gave me two sauces.. I then advised him to tell kitchen not to forget the next customerssauce and he will not have to do there job!! Read more
