I came in earlier and ordered my daughter a 4 piece snack.While i was there i noticed there was so much food, wrappers, etc on... the floor. I could not believe how dirty the inside was . Especially with it being so slow. I was blown away... Then to top itoff the chicken was dry and the fries the same.I will not be coming back there. Not to mention they were rude as well. If icould i would give them zero stars. But google wont let me. Read more
Went thru drive thru, Ordered a side of gravy, want in my bag. Had to park go in side to get it, one of the workers was like... "oh yeah, she ordered that" and walked off, the other lady got it for me, but it was so watered down it wasn't even worth it! Read more
Probably the worst jacks I've been through in a while. The staff running the drive thru specifically. The bubbles front trailer... park boys looking chick needs to get a new job if she hates hers so bad. I'm never rude when going through a drive throughbecause I've done it before. She didn't give us straws, our sauces, and didn't even say have a good day. Just handed the foodand closed the window. Terrible crew. Read more
Yeah not sure I will be eating here anymore. Back door of building, at drive thru area, ground is a wide black trail of grease... and garbage leakings leading inside. Had me worried about cleanliness. Looks and smells like the area around a dumpster. Then Iget this burger that is saturated with grease...poured out of wrapper on me when I opened...bun completely soaked...inedible ..oh and no napkins of course...maybe it's just not my day or theirs Read more
Absolutely terrible! Grilled chicken sandwich was steamed or broiled, barely grilled, light sizzle with no spices! Mayo watered... down. Apple old and dried out! Not the first time food was a major disappointment!! I am done! Don't bother wasting your moneyand time until the restaurant gets better quality managers to manage it properly.
