I had a horrible experience here, while the staff was possibly new the experience was just horrible. 2 footlongs and 1 drink... came to $28.00. Everyone was friendly and very professional but there product was less than satisfactory for the price required.My sandwiches were suppose to be toasted yet there toaster was more of a warmer on a 10 second cycle, my sandwich was sloppilymade so much so that the employee noticed how bad it was and filled a third of the bag with napkins. Not a good experience thislocation will not honor any national sales that subway has and is just a bad business or horribly mismanaged. Read more
Y'all, the young fellow that was working in there was very Professional! I was completely surprised. However, I've never had a... bad experience in this subway. I can change the meats to make my owncombo on my sub and I appreciate that. Before I've Bencharged extra if I wanted roast beef instead of turkey, but not that time. Thankful for a home feeling! I ordered online for pickup and when I opened my sandwich there was nearly nothing in the sandwich, even though I asked for... double meat and cheese. It was mainly only spinach, there was barely any meat or anything else I asked for on it. Everytime Iplace an online order it's been slightly messed up, but never like this. It was ridiculous. Normally when I go here my food is always great ! Today the lettuce and spinach was super soggy. The sandwich artist drowned my... sandwich in vinegar and oil to the point when I picked it up it was just mushy and falling apart. The cucumbers was thinner thana piece of paper and my sandwich all together constructed messy. Read more
Staff seemed nice.. but.. At our visit at the Tallapoosa restaurant today I noticed the ladies were not wearing a mask while... preparing our food. They had tables to keep guest away from the food bar but that would only protect the employees and not theguest. While we were sitting at the table the entire staff there went outside for a smoke break. There was food all under thetable from previous guest as well. Read more
My wife and I stopped by on the way home to get something for supper. The store was clean and we were greeted nicely upon... entering the store. The sandwich artists were helpful and did an excellent job. Vegetables were fresh and crisp. Bread was warmand freshly baked. Our food was delicious. I would highly recommend this store. Read more
