This is my new favorite! The owner is very friendly and knows his stuff for sure! Everything is made from scratch and was so... delicious that after I finished eating, I called to tell him how amazing the food was! I had the chop pork and it was juicy anddelicious with just the right amount of crisp around the edges. The yams were delicious and sweet, the macaroni and cheese isand by far, the best I've ever had and ooohhhh.....the cabbage.......I can't even find the words to describe how savoury theflavor is. I've never in all my life.....I will be back.... .time and time again! I will certainly tell everyone I know how they will be missing out if they don't try this place. Where do I start. Yams cabbage ribs bake chicken loaded potatoe bake beans Mac and cheese. The drinks was all good. Me and Gf... loved the atmosphere so we stayed in and ate. Great customer service. The Owner had food out in a timely manner and checked onus multiple times. We also drove from Montgomery to check it out. Thanks for the great food and service. We look forward togoing back soon. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was very clean. We had the ribs dinner with cabbage, Mac n Cheese,... and corn on the cob. Oh my goodness...it was amazing! Everything was made from scratch and cooked in house, and you could tellbecause it tasted so fresh. The ribs were the best I have ever had! I?m so glad we found this hidden treasure in Tallassee.
