I am using the mobile app now and though the drive through was great with quick service before it is now even faster! The only... problem I've had; and it might be because I haven't used it enough to figure it out; is the recording asking first about yourrewards number and then having to repeat everything again to the second, or real, person. That has been a little aggravating.But the free food and discounts makes it worth doing it. Update, I am still enjoying my app. Sometimes it take a little longerto open the app, but that could be my phone? The deals and rewards are great to get for just ordering on your phone. Read more
The cashier in the drive-thru was very kind and extremely patient with the kids in the vehicle as they were learning about... monetary transactions. Remodel doesn't do much good if your employees aren't capable of doing their job. Girl on the intercom sounded annoyed. My... burger was cold, cheese not melted, and meat looked old. My ice cream cone was half done. The girl who did it said she didn'tthink she did it right- girl at second window just shoved it out at me. I got ONE napkin. My ice cream had wrappers in it! Ithrew it out because no telling what else is in it. Took 7 mins for anyone to even answer the com at drive thru. Read more
