Guess I'll have to drive to Eclectic for a sub from now on. I am so over this store. While Shawn was a lot nicer than he has... been in the past the other young black girl working today was so rude. I walked in and just stood there while she walked aroundthe back doing whatever. I understand being busy but you could at least say something to your customers a simple "I'll be withyou in a moment" would suffice. She finally came over and just stood in front of me never spoke just stood there. I said wellare you ready for my order? She got an attitude and had a terrible attitude for the rest of the experience. She put a total of 4slices of ham on my footlong and barely spoke to anyone. She was just as rude to the young girls in line behind me. She walkedover to them and just stood there never said how can I help you or what can I get you just stood there until they spoke up andthen she barked what bread toasted or not? Icing on the cake I prefer to order online specifically to avoid these interactionsbut this store shows closed on the app and website more often than not and they NEVER answer the phone. Read more
