Out of multiple items, was told to pull around and wait for my order. At least 10 other vehicles were parked waiting for drive... thru order. After taking my food to multiple vehicles it was eventually brought to mine. All items were wrong except the softtacos and the cinnamon twists were cooked in burnt grease and taste rancid. Have been here numerous times & have always had a pleasant experience, until today! the lady that was running the drive thru was... so rude, I don?t know what happened from when they first opened, but they are starting to go down hill. I am not one to add bad reviews but this joint is embarrassing. They have not gotten one order right of 10+ since they have... opened. There is always something missing, this time a taco and nachoes. I had ordered online to ?skip the wait? but no one cameto the counter until I had waited for 5 minutes even after making eye contact with me several times. Read more
I got 2 soft tacos - add sour cream. They were a runny mess, but didn't taste bad. I mean, it's Taco Bell. You know what you're... getting into. Also, they need to stop taking Nacho Fries off the menu and putting them back on. Read more
Why does this place even have a breakfast menu??? Doesn?t open until 9am, but hell don?t expect that either. Pulled up at drive... thru at 9:30, and the lady told me it would be another 30 minutes until they open. Some of the best service in town to be honest!! Tallassee folks have a bad habit of being unbearably negative. This Taco Bell... has only been open for a little over a month and folks are already leaving bad reviews so here?s a good one! They?re alwayswilling to fix an order if you ask them to! Look, I know its Taco Bell, but you should be able to at least get the very basic things right. Nacho chips were cooked in old... oil and tasted burned... terrible - inedible - in the garbage. Enchirito filling was 100% beans and was not worth the $4 - atehalf and then in the garbage. The Fiesta Potatoes were very good, actually, and that's why they get an extra star. Read more
