Very disappointed in this location. Did mobile order to pick up in store. Literally waited a total of 40 minutes to get my... order. They were not that busy. After waiting sandwiches were not hot. Every time I go to the Dunkin Donuts off Tallmadge circle they mess my order up! Today I ordered plain bagel with butter and... strawberry cream cheese on the side not toasted! What they do slap a ton of butter on the bagel smh I asked for a iced coffeethey give me a hot one that?s just the drive thru. I went in yesterday I seen 3 people get their items before mine and theyordered after me!!! Never again Read more
Line moves quickly. Best coffee. Very good donuts. Just please don't put chocolate covered donuts upside down on other donuts.
Very poor service no manager on duty so they say they can't do anything to fix a problem. I was told to fix the problem I would... have to wait till the next day and come back to talk to the manager. Food was not good, I had a bagel sandwich and the bagel wasso hard it was almost inedible. Worker repeatedly had to take out earphone in order to hear the order, as well as ringing up myhot tea that I asked for as iced. While sitting and eating, also saw a customer walk in, no one came to the counter to take theorder, then walk out about 2 minutes after. Read more

Ok so while I generally only jump on here to heap praise on positive experiences, I'm pretty disappointed today and I've got one... heck of a visual to back it up. I cruised through the drive thru here this morning to grab my usual favorite (the new-ishSourdough Breakfast Sandwich) after getting up at 3am to drive someone up to the airport. I was so ready for my breakfast butonce I got home and opened it up - this is what I got. Like, COME. ON. I know every place has its struggles and being a frequentflyer at this Dunkin' I know this one has them somewhat often but again - COME ON. Who on Earth OK'd *THIS ONE* to go out?! Idid note that the two *blackened* sides were even turned inward, as if I wasn't going to notice, but LOOK AT IT. I do usuallyopen it up when I get home to put some hot sauce on it but really, anyone could see this from space. I'm a prettylong-suffering individual and I tried to work myself up into just eating it because I was starved but I couldn't. I had toremake the whole sandwich in my own kitchen with my own bread, because I can't stand the thought of food waste in general. I'mleaving three stars here because I usually have pretty solid experiences here but this is just... beyond. Come on CircleDunkin'. Do better. Read more
They just throw donuts into a bag no wax paper. The topping of the donuts are inside the bag not on the donuts.
Pleasant, clean dining room. Clean restrooms. The young man who took my order was very polite and attentive. I enjoyed a medium... green tea. Very nice. Read more
