When opening my sub, I found a hair in it. thankfully before I took a bite. I took it back to the store and Charles Wilson one... of the Jimmy Johns workers became argumentative about the hair. He was extremely rude and called me a liar. One of hiscolleagues did see the hair and told him this. He basically threw my money back at me.
