When opening my sub, I found a hair in it. thankfully before I took a bite. I took it back to the store and Charles Wilson one... of the Jimmy Johns workers became argumentative about the hair. He was extremely rude and called me a liar. One of hiscolleagues did see the hair and told him this. He basically threw my money back at me. I have never been so poorly treated by anestablishment that my husband and I frequent. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this Jimmy Johns. Read more
FOOD POISONING ALERT! got my free sub with my rewards and it was the worst looking and worst tasting sub I've ever had from a... Jimmy John's. Tried a new restaurant today I never been to Jimmy John's before. The service was great it was a little more expensive than I... anticipated they didn't have a whole lot to offer I can honestly say I've been the better places to live but it was decent Idon't know that I'll be back anytime soon but for those of you who have been to Jimmy John's and love them down keep going.
