Used to have a 1 star in my eyes as they always messed up the most simple orders, take forever to get food (especially in drive... thru) and the workers were rude as hell. Gone today and absolutely the opposite. Only lost a star as I was sitting there and a"mobile order disappeared" but still had a great attitude and fixed the problem. The ordering process was great! Our order was verified verbally, and on the screen. It was accurate, for all 8 of us. The wait... was appropriate for the length of the drive through line. We were not happy with the condition of our order. The bottom half ofthe Big Mac boxes were not secured. The sanwiches were everywhere in the bags! The fries were cold and soggy. None of thesauces, that were clearly included in the order, were all missing. Read more
Really poor quality today. Usually they do a better job. 1. Got drinks wrong, 2. Didn?t receive full order, 3. Breakfast... burritos were made so inconsistently. One was all cheese, the other all toppings and completely dry. Read more
The older woman who took my order was kind and sweet. My food was up to McD standards. No soap in the men's room. The floor and... table in the restaurant were tacky and sticky. I had to wipe my table with water and napkins to eliminate the stickyness. This"sticky table" scenario seems to be the norm these days. Not very appetizing. ???? Read more
McDonald's what have you done to your chicken nuggets I remember years ago they were juicy the breading was not hard and look... like they've been frozen for months. I no longer practice eating at fast food restaurants but I was in dire need of some proteinand I just could not believe the difference in quality from years ago. It?s quite simply the worst McDonalds on Earth. If I don?t have to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes, or the dining room... isn?t closed because of staffing, my order is screwed up. I returned several months later. When I bit into my Quarter Pounder wCheese, I wondered why I tasted something crunchy and burnt. See below?..they decided to torch my bottom bun. Pitiful. Read more
My food was good at this location but the attitude of the staff was very grumpy. We asked the order taker if we could have the... cookie tote made fresh which he then informed us that they will make them fresh they don't keep 13 cookies laying around. Iasked the employee at the cashier window what size drink I was rung up for and she told me she didn't ring me up. The employeewho gave me my drinks was very polite but the employee who brought us our cookie tote scolded us for not pulling into theunmarked spot. Read more
Rerouted from 76 EXIT. . My Mother picked me up from Airport. It was late and very dark at Night. Nice to stop... get a Hot,... Fresh, Fry.... A sprite and back home to Youngstown. We finally found the Freeway. Good location. Good Drive thru Service. Thanks. Read more
