Service with a smile. This is my fifth or sixth time at this location given I just moved up from Canton, and it's right around... the corner. Customer service is horrible. Employees roll their eyes at you. They slap your food on the bread with such disgust.And it's more than just one employee. I figured the first time maybe the employee was just having a bad day. After readingreviews, I'm now seeing it's apparently a big problem as others have had the same complaint. Just trying to understand what itis that makes these employees so upset. Marcia was extremely rude at this lovation the tallmadge avenue subway in the plaza next to acme. She was very impatient and... inpulsive , would not let us speak and could care less what we asked for. Also believe our order was wrong and it was pricey fortwo wraps! 20 bucks. Some of the older ladies in there need to learn how to hustle! If you?re gonna work fast food it?s a must ! Went on a Sunday... afternoon it was dead inside and took 20+ minutes to make my turkey and ham sub with only mayo and bacon on it. Good thing Idon?t get veggies because they didn?t have any stocked and all of there cheeses were low also. Doesn?t look very good to thecustomers. I will go down the road to the east market location. My father had an accident which left him use of only his right arm . we went to this location subway today & the cashier was... handing my father change . well he had the bag in his right hand , so as he went to put the bag down to grab the change , heaccidently knocked over his applejuice he just purchased for 2$. It fell on the floor & broke open . while my dad was scatteringto pick up his spilt bottle , the cashier proceeded to give him a dirty look & basically ignored the fact that his juice broke .he told her there was juice on the floor & she just stared at him with a nasty look on her face & said in a rude tone "i know" .she did not offer a new drink . she did not help him & she embarrassed him by making him feel dumb for the mistake he made . buthe only has one arm . she was rude & nasty & just an all around disgusting person . & we will not be coming back !
