I'm a door dasher and all the lights are on in the building including the menu board but the workers would not respond to the 3... cars that pulled through. It says they are open till 5am but they were just sitting inside at the table doing nothing. Here's apic :) either say your closed or do your job! Read more
Normally a good location. NOT TODAY!! Food was good. Customer service at the window, ????????!!! First employee gave me the... order, forgot one drink. Got the attention of second employee, as it was a mobile order, I showed her the phone to prove Iwasn?t scamming. Before I could tell her which drink, she giving ?can?t be bothered? attitude. Gives me a drink still foaming,shorting me 1/4 of said drink. And no, I don?t care that there?s only two of you on shift, the customer is never to know howaggravated you are because something they have no control over. Read more
Went through drive thru at 730 tonight to be told they only can take cash... went to the atm directly across the street came... back only to be told they can't make any orders due to short staffed. That's funny because 5 minutes you had staff to me it justsounds like they want to stand around and be paid for running off the customers. I have tried and tried again yet they keep disappointing me closing at random times speeding threw making my food messing up... orders it's quite annoying at this point the night crew needs a redo and some courtesy lessons, having attitude when I asksimple questions. No respect for anyone I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in your food, I understand these trying times jobsare hard to find it's mostly factory food and retail but just because your having a personal bad day doesn't mean you can treatcustomers with the disrespect I have experienced. The day crew is way better than the night crew, I suggest you hire some newpeople and retrain the ones who work at night. Read more

Terribly slow. Long drive thru line to get to the speaker and have them say please come inside to order. Go inside LONG line... again. Was there over 30 minutes and still no food. Even online orders of people coming in are not made. To top all thatoff they are out of large cups. So they give you a medium and small. Disaster let me tell you. Read more
