Friendly staff, food was prepared perfectly, restrooms and dining room were clean. Free Wifi. No complaints.
I went to the Wendy's in Vicksburg at 10 Omre Dr. And the manager has such nasty attitude and when ordering they rush you to... order you can also be asking a question about something on the menu and they'll cut you off giving an answer before you're doneasking your question. You all needs to really remind them of what their job consists of and if they can't do it move on and letsomeone that can, do it. My family and I will never go back there I'll visit the one on Clay St for now on. Read more
Where to begin haha. This place is surrounded with lazy workers and pitiful customer service. On our way home from a family... vacation, we stopped at this Wendy?s not realizing how awful we?d be treated. When ordering my food, I was basically talking toa brick wall but brushed it off. When it was my mom?s turn to order, she kindly asked what the workers favorite food is, as shedoesn?t eat Wendy?s often. She rolled her eyes at my mom and shrugged her shoulders. My mom then decided to just go with the HotHoney Chicken sandwich, but asked if they could remove the honey. The worker started at my mom with literal disgust, rolled hereyes, and in the most hateful tone said ?that?s the whole point of the sandwich.? My mom hates confrontation and just said nevermind to getting food, which is where I stepped in and asked the same question. She said the same thing to me with the same rudeattitude. I said ?yes. I get that but can you take the honey off the sandwich?? She stared at me for about a minute and saidsure. I stayed polite, I smiled and thanked her, and still received no kindness from her. Another customer came up to my familyand said ?You can?t really ask these workers anything or they?ll roll their eyes and be mean to you.? We agreed and that?s whenI decided I?d be leaving this review. Considering that every customer is being treated with such a lack of respect, hatefulattitudes, and poor customer service, I wish I wouldn?t have even gone to this place. I rarely go to Wendy's, but I am glad I went to this one. The food was great and the service was awesome too! I recommend this... Wendy's! It is close to the interstate and is easy to get in and out of!! Read more
Ordered a cheese bacon potato and this is what they gave me to eat...an over baked potato.. with OUT a fork or napkins... ... after going back inside twice and drive thru again...25 minutes later I finally got a baked potato that looked edible.... worst service I've ever recieved.... won't EVER see me at another Wendy's again.... and to think.... my first job was at aWendy's..... Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food places and the Pretzel Burger is the best fast food burger I've found.
