Horrible tonight. Placed an order for delivery. Was sent a text a 751 pm that it was on its way. Cool. Now almost an hour later... it finally arrives and the food is cold. Called the store girl at the store was very rude and arrogant when offering to remakemy order. Didn't want my order remade if it was gonna take almost 2 hours again. Order was placed at 708 pm. I asked why thefood was cold if it was placed out for delivery at the time I got my text. Her answer was...I clocked my driver out for deliverywhen the food was still in the oven. That's great so you have people waiting outside for almost an hour for food. She asked whatI wanted I said somewhat of a refund and she was very rude. I will not order from this location anymore. I myself am a managerof a store and never have I ever treated a customer like that. Got to know how to manage time. If your food wasn't hot when itgot to your house would you call and complain.? pizza was cut well tasted good delivery was a little longer than expected but besides that no complaints
I had a 16 piece wing delivered and there was 2 different types of hair and fuzz in it! Like it was dropped on the floor and... tossed in the box like it was no big deal. You can offer a remake or store credit, but you want me to take the wings i orderedback to you? Ha No thank you, I won't be eating there after that. Read more
