When I got to the window and paid for my order the girl at the window was very polite, and she gave us 2 of our drinls and asked... me to pull around for the other drink... We sat out front for about 5 minutes, then a girl brought out 1 more coffee... I toldher we were still missing a coffee and munchkins, she said oh yeah with an attitude. After about 5 more minutes I went insideand they were just making my coffee, and asked me what munchkins I ordered. I finally got my things and left. Got an iced coffee and the whole cup was filled with coffee grounds. This is not the first time i had an issue with this... location. Staff in the drive thru are texting while I am waiting to get my order paid for and I have had to send my coffee backmany times due to the fact that I order it with liquid sugar and they use granulated.
