Our very first experience with Luigis was to order two large pizzas with custom toppings. The toppings were more than generous,... extremely fresh and flavorful, and the crust was absolutely wonderful. The next day it heated up and—even though we didn’tthink it was possible—was even better! Very good value for your money plus the taste is outstanding!! I hate to leave this horrible review because their pizza is the BEST but 3 times I've had extremely bad experiences with food... we've ordered. 1st was dirty romaine lettuce that clearly wasn't washed,called to let them know, was given a credit but when Icalled a week later no one knew what I was talking about!!!! About 6 months later decided to order pizza and cheesesteaks, foundhair in the cheesesteak!!! Call to let them know and they were extremely RUDE! Said they would refund my credit card but itwould take up to a week or more for it to show up...refund would be 39.50 and charged my card a second time for the pizza!!! Soa total of 59.50 was charged to my card!!! Never got the refund again NO ONE KNEW what I was talking about! 3rd time get a chefsalad and there's a long piece of black hair in it!!!!!!! Call up and was told, we wear hair net...LIE! No one here has longblack hair...AGAIN A LIE!!! We will refund your money to the card! I decided to take the salad back personally and get my refundin my hand!! Funny thing person at the counter has black hair and isn't wearing a hair net!!!! Maybe have some respect for yourcustomers! If I could leave a zero review I absolutely would. Called in to make an order for delivery. Ordered a sandwich, an order of... zeppolis, asked for two cups of ice, didn’t even get to complete ordering and the owner told me it was too small of an orderand he wasn’t delivering for a cup of ice and hung up in my face. You don’t know who’s ordering from you and this is howyou treat customers that call in. 9 months pregnant. Ordered a pie last week along with other items. Live 10 mins away. not very often you find a place with two locations: Brooklyn, NY and Tamaqua, PA. This pizza is legit and a hidden gem in this... small town. Luigi showed us the pizza of NY book and he's in it! Was happy to talk with him as we ate. He knows his stuff andmost importantly how to make a pizza. Read more
the absolute BEST pizza in the area!! We ordered half mushroom half peppers and onion....the toppings are all fresh (not... vegetables from a can), the sauce and cheese have a notable freshness and quality compared to others in the area. Just allaround great food!! Read more
We go in and ask to look at a menu the lady behind the counter says we don't have a menu you to look at our menu is online so go... online and see what you want. What kind of restaurant can't even give you a menu to look at! It didn't look very clean either. Read more
