Just went through the drive thru. Horrible. Service extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes in line with only 2 cars ahead of me.... After getting my food very disappointed. Fries are old tasting and cold. If I'm gonna wait that long in line my food better behot. There's no reason anyone should get cold food. Read more
French fries are almost always cold and hard. I'm sure many people have this problem. Then I ordered my food, didn't get... everything, and it wasnt the cleanest inside. I get it, kids are playing and running around back and forth through therestaurant. however, there's many workers that should be able to keep it up to par. Read more
This was an exceptionally nice McDonalds. They had table service, which I have never seen in one before. The eating area was... very clean and the food was good. We made it just in time for breakfast. The playland was very small but looked clean. You cango to the register to order, or order from a kiosk. Overall this was one of the best McDonalds I've been to. Read more
They need to close if not enough help or hand out 5 dollars in gas money for waiting in line. Maybe close inside if you want to... have a drive thur. Terrible service,not just in theirs,Pottsville also.. Maybe it will get better. I love McDonald's...???????? Read more
Went there last week. Family of 5 so it was a large order. But that still doesn't justify taking over 40 minutes for our food at... a fast food restaurant. And then tomatoes were missing on everything that was supposed to have them. No sign and nothing saidabout the lack of supplies. Oh, but they gave me extra Mayo to make up for it. Quiet place . Food was ok for fast food . The deluxe chicken sandwich had a overwhelming amount of mayo that look like was "... thrown in" in chunks making it very hard to enjoy. The staff was pleasant however very slow and the place has out of ice andnapkins. Overall is a nice place to grab a bite when everything else is close. Read more
Location was clean, modern, and efficient. There was a playland, large dining area, and a big drive-thru. Food was cheap, came... out hot and tasty. Sweet Tea was delicious. Highly recommend. Read more
Ordering 1 meal caused a 23 minute delay in my trip. No lids at soda machine, no paper in kiosk for... receipt. Overpriced. Mcdoubles uses to be $2 for 2. Now it's $4 for 1. That's ridiculous. Read more
