Thee worst management, Lana specifically. It baffles me how difficult it is to get menu items, even when I called ahead... confirming it was there. Another employee confirmed via drive thru that dark meat chicken was available, Lana refused to sellit to me bc I asked for 2 kids meals- guess how many kids I had with me? I eventually asked what she was holding it for, sheclaimed 'online orders' but she was willing to sell the same chicken to me if I bought 1 kids meal and an adult 3-piece meal.Huh? Read more
It was so.much better in the 90s. They had turkey + ham. A couple years back they had ax$14 plate of prime rib that was better... than my Chilli paper chicken I had on Sunday. There was more peper than swe÷ in the sauce. Bring back the turkey & prime rib.Add more sides. The ones they had were really washed up. Read more
Clean restaurant, great food. If any item is on menu is new, you can ask for sample. I am so glad I asked for a sample, the... "special" was spicy, I ordered a regular roasted chicken dinner. Loved, loved, loved my meal. The staff could say "hello" andwait for a minute, so customer can read entire menu. Then ask "how can I help you?" or ask "when you are ready." Read more
This was the second time I went to try their food after a long time. In both cases I feel like I'm eating left over food. The... first time I went there they said that they were out of quater dark meat so I just got the meatloaf since I don't like breastmeat. The second time time they have the dark meat but they said that they call it the 3 piece combo. So I got 2 drumsticks anda thigh. I thought it came with 2 sides and a corn bread but I found out that they charge me fifty cents for the creamed spinachwhich I didn't even like it but took it since there was not much choice for the side dishes. Looks like they limit their sidesto the popular unhealthy sides that people crave like mash potatoes, creamed spinach, mac n cheese, and other sweet creamystuff. The meat were also all shriveled up like it was left over from yesterday. In fairness to them a lot of restaurants dothis now to survive. They try to minimize wasting any food from the day previous and see if they can get away with still makingsome money out of it. Read more
What a cluster! The drive thru is shut down, in-store line is around store and out the door. I keep hearing the employee behind... the counter refusing customers saying ?we can?t serve any more of this because we have to save for tomorrow.? Tomorrow beingThanksgiving. People are ANGRY.
