Where is the rest of the Vegan Chicken Picadillo because this is mostly rice and beans! This is a large and the meal is $12.
This store is THE WORST!! I go through drive-thru around 8:15 pm, placed an order for two items of what was left (after being... told that they?re short staffed and they stop making some of the food at a certain time), to then pull up after waiting 30minutes, to tell me that I only ordered one item. The lady with the rusty gold teeth, that wears a fishnet bonnet on her headhas no business working the drive-thru dealing with customers. She was incompetent, combative, and very rude - she would moreuseful washing dishes and cleaning the tables and restrooms. JUST HORRIBLE!!! Read more
The drive thru takes forever and you waiting for someone to take the order just to hear a bunch of conversations in the... background. This is a every pollo restaurant thing it happens at them all. Every time I go into one I'm hoping for a smoothtransition but that's never the case. Read more
I walked in to this PT today as I vist and buy regularly. After standing in kine 20 minutes when I arrived at the counter I was... told cash only because their system was down. Being frustrated by this I asked for the manager and was pointed to a table wheresome of the employes were having a meeting with their manager Caridad which I had met before. She excused herself from the tableran behind the counter and took control. I was able to get my whole chicken and go home to my lovely and hungry qween. Thislocation is awesome. Martine the Manager is extremely rude. I made an order online and sent my husband to pick it up. He got there and she refused to... make the order. I ordered a chicken and half, 2 large rice, 1 large beans, large plantains, and cuatro leches. She said if shemade our order she would run out of food!!! IT WAS A CHICKEN & HALF!!!! How is placed called pollo which means chicken cannotserve a chicken and half because they will run out at 6:20pm on a Saturday. How will you run out of chicken at 6:20 on Saturdaywhen you close at 10pm. What are you going to serve the rest of night? Obviously she cant manage customers or her own inventoryof chicken. As a manager myself for customer service I couldn't treat my clients poorly. She could offer to call anotherlocation or to wait. Not refuse to make food and be extremely rude about it. Read more
The managers Fabiola and Martine were AMAZING!! I had a last minute request to have a party catered, and the website wouldn?t... let me make large orders the same day. Just ordered from drive thru. Lady wouldn't even let me finish ordering. Pulled up. She asked if I wanted sauce I said no 3... times. With her already giving me attitude I yelled no so she could hear, her response was ok even better smh. People need tokeep their frustrations at home. Not coming back to this one for a while.
