Speed in prep was lacking but the location was clean. Flavors weren't the best and the tacos were all broken and messy... (hardshell) more of a taco salad in the end. The sauce packets were sticky and obviously dirty. Front staff was sweet andattentive but I can't give a better score considering that the rest of my visit/experience was lackluster at best. Horrible experience. The gentleman taking the order was very rude. Then when we received the food. Some of food was crushed... and my order had hair in it. Would not recommend this place. Could not eat our food and had to throw it away. I honestlydidn?t even want to give one star but have to, in order to post a review. This Taco Bell location is not good at all. Management of this location does not look into how the employees treat their... customers, how much longer they make them wait, while they keep chit chatting between themselves. The staff is very very slowhere. And worse is when you order thru the Taco Bell App, this location never has the order ready and consistently has beensaying we never received the order. After showing the order on my phone, they try to make it. Very unprofessional service andlaid back attitude. Read more
Horrible, they didn't even say anything when pulled up to the window. No napkins, had to ask for sauce it wasn't offered. Then... the lady repeat my order and yet still got it wrong. Read more
Food was terrible and costly...I think the order was entered wrong. Family pack of 12 tacos was reasonable but I upgraded to... chicken tacos and bill ended up like $54. They bumped up the bill $16 to make them chicken...who would have ever thoughtthat...I could of gone to Rocco's Taco's for that price. Read more
Dining room closed doors locked and only the flooded drive through is open. Taco bell sucks and corporate doesn't care about... employees or customers. Money grabs is their motto. Go to McDonald's next door at least they are consistent! Read more
Never ever get food right. I pulled right up, placed my order. When I got to the window asked if I could add on. They said... no, against policy and I'd have to go thru and order again. Dumb me, I did. They tried to double charge me (for first orderand the reorder). Then as always they did not put all of the food in the back...I stayed at window until thoroughly checked.
