New place! Brand new architecture, has a South Beach hotel feel to it. Since it is new there were not a lot of people... there. They had STELLA on-tap! Great food, although I just had a hot-dog on National Dog Day! Yes they are DOG FRIENDLY with agreat view of the golf course. West Broward people, throw them a bone! Read more

My wife loves this place; I, on the other hand, don't get her appeal. After 3 times of giving it a chance, nothing has gone... right food wise. However, instead of the 2 stars I initially left, the staff gives it an extra star. Read more
May 2022, the inside of the restaurant is beautiful renovated, very modern looking interior and great bar. The staff here... could not be any nicer. They also have outside tables, that overlook the golf course if you don’t want to side inside. Theyhave a great menu and Happy Hour Menu from 4pm-7pm, too bad I missed the Happy Hour. I ended ordering Fried Chicken Strips (3)that was fresh and not bad tasting. I think next time I need to order something more healthier, guess I was just starving. Anyway, I would definitely come back here again. I really came to play golf, and we ended up on the Glades Course (1 STAR)which is really not that well kept, not like the Championship Course which I heard is really nice and well kept. Had a great happy hour meal with a View (pun intended) while getting some remote-work done (free wifi) and enjoying the cool... breeze (outdoor seating, covered lanai) right alongside the Colony West Golf Course ? at "The View at Colony West" in Tamarac -Pine Island a half mile North of Commercial. I had been meaning to try this place since they opened after an extensive remodelof the entire golf club building. The property is beautiful. Everything is clean, new, immaculate. The bathrooms are spotless.Impressive from the moment you walk in. Brian, the new sales manager for the property (new in town from Michigan) approached andsaid hello and we shared a short but topic-plentiful small talk session. Full liquor bar was an added benefit, Bacardi Anejo andCoke did not disappoint. My server, Alannah, was spot on, making the experience pleasant and without frustration. Now, to thefood! Calamari is a must-have. Perfectly cooked, not chewy at all, lightly but properly seasoned. Came with a remoulade stylesauce on the side. I typically don't eat calamari with sauce, and these certainly didn't need any accoutrement - but the saucewas delish and worth trying. The star of the hour was the Tuna Tartare! An exquisite explosion of flavors in each bite, with thebeautiful presentation and plating equally as impressive as the taste. Next, I tried the Smoked BBQ Pulled Brisket Sliders. Likeit's name suggests, the toasted slider buns are stuffed with slow cooked and pulled beef brisket tossed in bbq sauce, and toppedoff with a crunchy slaw. The sauce was tasty and not overpowering. The brisket was cooked perfectly. The slaw was clearlyhouse-made and seasoned well. They were good, but I would try something different, like the mahi tacos, on my next visit.Finished off the meal with a molten chocolate lava cake a la mode. It was a quiet Friday night. They have a prix fixe menu on Friday night (22.00) and happy hour from 5 to 7. Pina Colada was just... okay. Food was good. It was served very fast. Chocolate cake was delicious. Try it. You'll probably like it! Read more
