The employees of this establishment, no matter the day or the time, they always, ALWAYS, have the worst attitude, the worst... costumer service, the worst manners that I have ever seen. It's as if it is a requirement to work there to be rude to YOURcustomers and have a face as if you're in actual h**l. And I get it, I worked in the fast food industry for a little bit, andwe're humans and we're allowed to have bad days, but you're already there, make the best out of it or simply get another job.And also, @Wnedy's, I have no judgment on physical appearance and the choice of face piercinga and tattoos, i have some myself,but some of them could and should be covered during work hours. In addition, the employees wearing their pants below their waistwhere you can see their underwear from the car, is also not pleasant either. Ordered a Dave's Double. Got a stale bun, which at $6+ is not ok. Asked for extra pickles and got 2. Not that hard to produce... good fast food. Read more
Almost $30 for 2 combos and a smoothy. My burger bread burn ???? not cool.
The lady who was taking my order on the drive thru come on ask me what I wanted and then half way through stop me and told me to... wait, she did that 3 times after I asked on the third time if she really was going to take my order she put me with someoneelse. After we got our food part of it was missing. The location was not packed at all there was just one car in front of uswhich they had told to move up past the window to wait for their food. Read more

I am not sure how this location has 4 stars because the people working the early morning shift seem like they are still... sleeping. It has been 3 times that I have gone there in the morning around 6:30AM and no one comes to intercom to take yourorder. I end up driving off. When I have gotten a breakfast order, I got all the way home to discover it was completely wrongand I waited in the line 15 minutes that day. Today the same thing at 7:45AM. I go to the drive through, no one answers theintercom. I wait 3 minutes to then hear someone who was taking out the garbage yell out "the machines are down". Shouldn't themanager be standing outside letting paying customers know this? OR better yet, put a sign up rather than having people drivethrough and wait to not be served. I don?t know if the people that work there are trying to be petty but I asked for no bacon jam and no cheddar whatever you call... it and they put it on there and then when I returned to request it off again they gave me stale bread so I?m not coming back tothis place I spent $12 on a burger I can?t eat. sucks for me after working late at night just trying to go something eat. They're usually pretty ok with the quality, and usually pretty fast. However, if you order any customizations...don't expect to... get them. Out of the 30 times I've been there they've messed up my order 20. Read more
