My first time & my last time coming to THIS location. I love Wendy?s. But I don?t know what this was ? I live closer to the... Lauderhill area and we all know the tales about Lauderhill but I?ve NEVER had as bad an experience as this location. I justwonder if there is even a manager that is present at this location. The service was horrible even with me being the ONLY personpresent in the dine-in lobby, along with NO MORE than 5 cars in drive thru. Wendy?s Employee have people bringing Outside foodto her, while on the clock. ShakeMyHead. Refresh the Employee Roster with people that actually CARE about Customer Service &TRAIN your next employees on Customer Service. Or at least fake it until they clock out. I waited about 35 minutes on the drive through line! I should have went inside but I kept thinking it would go faster, and I was... tired. They were shorthanded but nice. I ordered the number eight which is their new cheddar bacon burger, when I got home I wasso disappointed. I waited over a half hour in line to get a disgusting looking and tasting burger!!! I wish I can post pics ofthe burger I received, it?s nothing like the photos? and I paid almost $10 for the regular combo meal Unbelievable!!!! Read more
Waited in line for 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me, when I pulled up to the speaker they asked me to wait (no big deal)... but after 5 more minutes of waiting I asked if they were still open (just to be polite) and they said oh we can only take cash.They could have told me that 5 minutes ago! I was already annoyed by having to wait for them to process the two cars for 15minutes... Having to wait again when they could have just said that right away or put a sign up would have been better for thecustomer. Read more
