This is my second times buying food there my food was disgusting ???? it?s smell like chemicals I ask for lemons pepper and was... very bitter the Cajun corn was dry as hell it?s like it?s been sitting there for hours and the just warmed it up and gave it tous. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. Absolute disaster at this location from start to finish. The employees all had a bad... attitude. As mentioned in several other reviews, the waiting time is beyond ridiculous. I?m more than patient and understanding,but this experience went beyond my patience. Restaurant is out of several items and will not make adjusting accommodations whenthey are the ones out of the items, which is not my fault. When they ran out of one flavor of chicken which I had ordered, theyrefused to just add the remaining to my existing two flavors. I had to choose a separate one, which I didn?t want. Why??? Itmakes no sense I will not spend my hard earned money on garbage products, garbage service, with garbage results. In need tonew management, BAD. Read more
The place is the worst. Lacking in hygiene practices. Cooks without masks or gloves and having conversations while cooking... sharing all kinds of persons fluids over the food they?re cooking. In the end I had to throw the food away after waiting for 40minutes for greasy overcooked fries and wings. The health inspector should definitely visit this place. Read more
Do not waste your time and money in this place. Placed my order through the app at 7pm. According to the app food was ready at... 7:17, I arrived to the rest at 7:20 but didn't get my food until 7:50. Only been here twice and its the same issue both times.Order 2 different flavors (Louisiana rub and lemon pepper) but only got the lemmon pepper in all the wings. Also got my wingsserved in a pool of oil (see picture). This place needs to be closed. Read more
They shouldn?t be allowed in a kitchen without wearing gloves & masks?. This is the worst wing stop ever! Customer service... skills are the pits! Placed order online?.took over an hour to fry wings. Terrible management, they are grossly under staffed. Especially for a... Friday night. They can?t manage walk-in orders and online orders. Franchise owners needs to step up and improve service orcustomers will walk. We definitely order a lot less due to wait times. This is how it always looks and worse. People juststanding around waiting. And what?s funny is there are orders sitting on shelves getting cold while other customers are juststanding and waiting. My advice to the young man doing his best was to take down the names of those who are waiting andprioritize those orders. As you see there are lots of order sitting getting cold. Why not take care of those who are present? Soit turns out I was waiting for over and hour. And they didn?t even print the receipt for my online order. Far and away the worst experience I?ve ever had at a restaurant (fast food or otherwise). I consider myself a patient man but... this is well beyond the scope of a major chain restaurant. Management is nonexistent, wait times are triple the estimatedtimes, and this is without any major customers in the place. The ?employees? are more concerned with getting women customersphone numbers than actual helping any customers and I felt more like I was in a inner city high school than a WingStop at all. I would chalk it up to the neighborhood, but this isn?t a bad one. No masks, no help, I couldn?t even get a refund because the?lead? employee didn?t know how to issue one for my online order ????. This place is a joke and even know my money is importantto me, I waited in the extremely cold location just to take my 60 dollar order and place it in the trash. I took my daughter toBoston Market instead across the street. The pics alone speak volumes, save your money. But if you want your food from a highschool level hip hop club, this is your place. Just don?t expect to make it through the next day cause most of the staff onlywear one glove and the masks do fantastic work covering only their chin. For the record, I typically only post positive reviews, unless absolutely necessary, and in this case it is necessary. This was... my 4th attempt placing an online order at this location, the first 2 times they were out of certain items. Of course, initiallydisappointed, but I didn't make an issue either time. I settled for the substitutions. The 3rd time, I could not even orderbecause they didn't have any boneless wings available at the location whatsoever . The only reason why I place an order there isfor my son, who only prefers boneless. . I find that incredible considering it's an establishment that only sells wings, how canyou be out of one of your major items . I gave them one last chance today, upon picking up the order they said they did not havethe original hot sauce at all. Number one that should've been listed when I placed the order. Or I should've been contactedsince my phone number was supplied. And after hesitation with them wanting to refund me, she finally did, although she was notpleasant about it or the situation whatsoever. As a matter fact, every time we've been to this location, not one of theAssociates have been friendly or helpful. Needless to say, I will not return to that location and I will drive the extra 2miles to the Plantation location which has always been a great experience. Read more
