Absolutely outstanding. The beer has always brought me back, but the food is now the show stopper. Best brewery food I?ve ever... had! Being from Wisconsin it?s hard to please when it comes to cheese and their lager cheese dip with the pretzel is the bestever and the fresh breaded cheese curds are outstanding! Went here for a happy hour with some coworkers. Had come to this location a number of times before when it was the Brew Bus, so... we were looking forward to see the difference. Ambience is great - we sat in the side room which we didn?t remember from BrewBus days. Beer selection seemed better, with a great spread of beers (especially IPAs). Service was quick, and food was onpoint, particularly the burger and fries. Will definitely be returning. Read more
Love the new location! Their beers are fantastic tasting as always. If you're a fan of complex imperial stouts look no... further. The food from the kitchen was great as well, I had the chicken sandwich and loved it! The pickle dip was tasty aswell. If you want amazing beers and good food for sure check it out! Read more
Great stouts and sours! loved the Oh Cripes and Shred it. Rainbow shreds and rainbow puffs also pretty good. Hubby loved Space... Grass. Cool place with super friendly staff. Managed to snag a parking spot out back. Read more
If you like Stouts, in particular sweet stouts, then this place cannot be beat. Literally. Figuratively. And whatever other... words you want me to say. Their stout selection includes things like: Rocky Road (flavors of walnuts, chocolate, &marshmallow) Adjunct Trail (coconut, hazelnut, & coffee), Tin Roof Sundae (peanut butter, marshmallow, chocolate, &vanilla) Sure they have a porter, some IPAs and other throws of beer, but like I said, it?s hard to find better sweet stouts?Anywhere. Got wind of an American Solara collab, so being from the Midwest, wanted to check it out. Smaller but functional taproom. ... Big fan of their darker decor style. Had a couple of really solid IPAs and BA Stouts. Downsides.. a little pricey in comparisonto most brewerys and the metal chairs are no bueno.. Overall a solid B though. Read more
Stopped by brewery on Sunday: it was busy, but found a spot relatively easily. They have 30 seats max. Their beer is great.... Another patron mentioned that their known for their dark beers, but they?re not my favorite and liked the light beers more. Theydon?t offer a flight but a few 5 oz pours give you a nice flight. The atmosphere is nice, the bartenders are cool, and the beeris great. They have tractor seats at the bar, which are cool. The biggest downside is that have absolutely no food, not evenchips. I came in with an empty stomach, so sucked for me. Still, definitely a place to visit. Read more
