I got a to go order and the wait was much longer than the app said when i placed the order. When I finally got home, the ranch... was missing for both of the wings orders. Very disappointed. There was also no mayo in the bag, which I had requested. Overallthe food was ok, but it seems like Applebee's in general is failing to effectively execute their carry out business, which Iwould think should be their top priority coming out of covid. I was already trying this Applebee's instead of the one closer tomy house hoping for better service and a correct order. Unfortunately overall it wasn't any better than the location closest tome. Workers are nice, food was good. Alot of fruit flies at the bar, uncovered salt for glass rim & some type of liquid. In need of... a make over, dark & dingy. Read more

Our server Breanna was awesome! She was very attentive and super sweet. You can tell the location doesn?t have a lot of staff... and the servers seem to run the entire place as well as take care of their tables. I feel like the manager on staff should bewalking around and helping the staff but our server made the experience great! Read more
Will not go back to this location. Staff were not attentive and forgot about us on both occasions we visited. However, this last... visit was the worst. First, we were sat at an obviously dirty table, waited a few minutes for our server and ended up having toask the bar for a wet cloth to wipe out table. Took the staff two times to get all of the gunk off. Server came to take ourdrinks and immediately asked if we were ready to order. We politely asked for a couple of minutes. When she came back to takeour order, she had to come back twice to be reminded that we asked for a starter. The starter was out for 2 minutes and then shebrought our food. I ordered boneless wings (pictured) and asked for ranch. My wings had barely any sauce on them and when theywere delivered to my table the server indicated they were out of ranch. Had I known this, I would have ordered somethingdifferent. Overall, our visit felt very rushed and ultimately we will not visit this location again. Read more
