Ordered a meal and they guy behind the counter said the register was down and he'd have to ring me up at the drive thru. Came... back with my change and I waited and waited and no food. So I asked "Excuse me, where's my meal?". They said they didn't have anorder and there was no order on the register tape. I said I paid the guy with the beard and they told me he had gone home forthe day. Of course he gave me no receipt either. I had to spend 20 min arguing with them to get my meal and they told me "theycan't just be giving out free meals" and I told them "you didn't, I paid for it." You have a thief at this location. For almost fifty dollars for three meals the food was bad. I fries was colded and the sandwich just threw together. The girl at... the window was great but the food no. I don't get by Arby's as much as I would like to, but I just happen to be in the neighborhood stopped in to the location on... Fletcher Avenue in the university area. I was headed home and decided to stop by to get the new Arby?s burger. I pulled up at 1050 on Saturday night and the store... stated it closed online at midnight. The guy in front of me took forever but that?s fine. I thought I had time. I get to thedrive thru at 1055 and they don?t acknowledge me until 11. They state that they are out of roast beef which I reply no problemI?m here for the burger. Then he proceeds to tell me they don?t have anything because they close at 11. I tell him that I?vebeen in line since 10:50 and he goes he didn?t even see me and he can?t help me. I get it helping the last person in line butterrible customer service on this one Arby?s. The employees were so nice and helpful and I truly appreciated the help they gave when I didn't know what I could order with the... money I had. Whitney was awesome! I even got to witness an employee receive a GED book from another customer as encouragementand that made my day. Read more
Trip heading home north from vacation. Stopped here at 12:30. Person who took our order was nice. Only had 1 table with... people at it. 95% of the tables were dirty and the floor was crunchy.
