I ordered Jollof rice with chicken and beef. Paid almost $18 for a plate full of dry rice 2cubes of beef 2 cubes of chopped... (hen) vs chicken; hen is very tuff with 6 tiny pieces of plantains. Food was not fresh at all. The cook offered 3 additionalpieces of chopped hen without sauce. I rate the food (F)?Professionalism (C)?.Atmosphere (C) Read more

I agree with many of the other reviewers the meat was all tough the seasoning was missing; the only flavor was pepper. ... Recommendations buy a pressure cooker and get some maggie. The portion sizes are small the taste of the food needs to be worth$$$ spent. Read more

My fiancé orders from here at least once or twice a week. By far the best Nigerian in the Tampa Bay area! Customer service is... incredible and always greeted with a warm welcome when entering! Read more

I was super excited to try this meal and drove quite a distance to get it. The Jollob rice was really good but the meat was... hard. It taste like the meat is cooked separate then added to the sauces. The Egusi and fufu is what I really wanted and it wasa complete disappointment. The egusi wasn?t great but it wasn?t horrible. The fufu needed some salt or something. I love cassavaand this was just a no!! I will try again from a different restaurant before I give up on this cultured food. I just recdresponse from the owner and how unprofessional can you be!!! We have a right to critique any food we buy. Hence, reviews!!! Yourmeat was not tender!!! And let?s clarify this. I?m from an island and been around different cultured food including Africanfood! My brother-n-law is Nigerian and he cooks all the time so I know what good food taste like. I never had the egusi and fufuso I was curious to try!!! Your meat was HARD, probably days old!! And I did say the jollob was good probably one of the bestI?ve had but your attitude is horrible! Paid $73.78 dollars for four meals. 2 beef & chicken, 2 chicken Egusi meals. The chicken was so tough and full of fat I... couldn?t eat it. Provided very little sauce. The big bun actually neutralized a little of the hotness of the mild greens mix. Overall a horrible meal. Didn?t look anything like the picture. Was 1/4 cup mix.. not even a full meal. Very disappointed! Idrove so far?. First picture is only as much as I could eat and the second picture is what it looks like before eating. Hopeyour experience is better than mine was. Read more
