Lots of nice things to say about this place, especially the staff. I found them quite a delight. Very helpful and patient when... my kid made a confusing order by asking for some weird thing on the menu. Restaurant was clean and inviting. It looked like theyhad lots of empty space where other flavors of ice cream should go or something. Hope they get their supply back up. Read more

Went there today 04/16/2021 to order ice cream and there was this amazing person named TRAVIS, he was taking my order singing,... and I just felt his amazing vibe, I LOVED HIM. He needs a raise ! The coffee was amazing but I ordered a coffee cake muffin this AM and I could have killed someone with it, it was so hard. Never... have seen anything like it....it wasn't just the top. I tried to break in to the bottom and it is solid! Lol Read more
Integrated Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Doughnuts. The quality is standard and the staff is helpful. Maintenance and operations... are on par with other locations. Overall a good place to get coffees and ice cream. Read more
So I just came from this location. Been getting prepackaged chocolate chip and jamocha almomd fudge. They didn't have the... jamocha prepackaged so I asked the young lady to make me a hand packed jamocha and she tried to charge me for hand packed. I?ve been to this location before for Dunkin Donuts and it was good, but decided to try Baskin Robins. Big mistake. Came around... 9pm on a Saturday night, not one car in the parking lot or drive thru, yet it took 25+minutes for them to get a simple orderdown, and we ended up leaving before we received any ice cream. Might try this location another time, but poor customer servicetonight. Read more
Poor customer service. Poor selection of ice cream. Not even a simple chocolate flavor. Definitely not all the baskin Robbin... flavors. No malts on the menu. Tried ordering a milkshake and was told ?we can?t do those today.? Then she proceeded to closethe doors ten minutes later while we sat outside and she made herself or maybe somebody in the drive thru a milkshake. So Iordered an ice cream cone and to no surprise, she gave very small scoops to my entire family. Read more
