Their pizza is BOMB but........ I have been coming here for over a yr now and since they switched ownership or something they... have gone down hill. They have messed up my orders 5 times now and it's the simplest order. When someone says no cheese theymean no cheese. It's not that hard to remember. You are rude as can be when we tell you the order is wrong and it takes evenlonger to make again. I don't know who took over or whatever happened to the previous people but this place has gone down hillfrom last yr. Your customer service skills on the phone and in person need a tune up. Your not meeting the expectations at all.Especially when we have been nothing but super nice for the last yr. I get accidents happen but for this to happen 5 times andsometimes when you redo it it's the same mess up all over again it gets annoying and we just get fed up. If you can't changethis we will be going elsewhere and tell others of your incompetence of making pizza's. Read more
Pizza is good and the dough is better than say poppa johns. The pizza dough is on point and the cheese is plentiful! Not bad... pizza at all! We order regularly and if you join their rewards you will get lots of discounts 20-30% off regularly. Read more
EDIT: My wife ordered pizza. This is the worst pizza I've had in tampa. The thin crust might as well been a grocery store... tombstone and the normal crust was nearly identical to a digornio or papa John's. But hey you don't know till you try. On top ofthose two things. A large salad that cost $9 was barely bigger than my hand lol. Look at the picture, it?s was truly horrible. Afterwards based on the funny response and using google. I realize two things, this place is a chain (that just managesexpectations) and it should have apparently been ordered in Detroit style (which is unique). With that in mind it?s still a 1based on the quality and price compared to frozen pizza. I can?t comment on the Detroit style, but steer clear of the others. Read more
