Only 3 stars because previous visits were great. Last weekend I got a waffle bow that had to be 3 or 4 days old (It was so... stale and flavorless). It was a shame that I didn?t try it til I got home. I wrote the owner a long email explainingeverything, and didn?t so much as generate a response. I keep going back! They have the best homemade ice cream you will find in the area. I drive over 20 miles for their ice cream,... but it is so worth it! I have never had a pistachio ice cream as good as theirs. I have not had a bad ice cream flavor fromBruster's at all Every time I go, I try a new flavor, but I always come home with pistachio as well! It cannot be compared tostore-bought ice cream ever! What kind of experience did I have today with the owner? This man is the most miserable person I have met when he served me the... ice cream. He had served so little ice cream that I asked him how he was going to have his happy customers serve that way. Theowner was upset because I was claiming him for a reasonable amount of ice cream for the amount of money he was charging me, thebest thing that I would have done was to claim my money back and let him throw away his miserable ice cream to the truth I willnever return to this Bruster's ever..???????? Busters use to have really good ice-cream but now its just mediocre. I can get this from the grocery store. The flavors are... just ok, nothing special about it and the milk shake was blah. I think she didn't have the ratio right as it was not thick itwas more soupy and not very sweet. Always stay true to your word. If you tell a customer you're giving a complimentary upgrade, don't wait minutes later and want to up charge for a cone. I didn't ask for anything free it was offered but then come back andchange it to now I need to pay. I'm definitely a fan of Cold Stone more but this ice cream is decent. Very creamy. If you want to compare prices to portions... though you definitely get more for your buck going to Cold Stone. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but I did like it,and even though I don't have kids they have free cones for children (goes by height). Read more
The flavor was great , the customer service, and they give a free ice cream to toddlers ????
