If I could actually leave zero stars I would. We ordered online, it was an hour wait. When we went to pick up our order, my step... daughter went to pick it up while I was in the car, and she came back and said she was treated very rude and she was told itwould be another 20 minutes. I went in to ask what was going on, I too was treated rude. The.on I was told they were out of halfthe food we ordered, paid for, and tipped on top of. I was also told it would be a while for the 10 wings to be ready.Meanwhile, the sandwich was ready and will just sit there while the wings are prepared, whenever that was going to be. I askedto speak to the manager and some guy came out to speak to me. He came to me with an attitude, which I guess I understand since Iwas about to complain about how we were treated and the service. I explained the situation, that we were there 1 hour when wethought the food was going to be ready, and at that time he said, ?so we are 15 minutes late.? Well, if my food were allprepared and in front of me, yes, you would have been 15 minutes, however, there were out of half our order and the wingsweren?t done. BDUBS home of sport and world tinniest wings. After ordering 20 wings for $25 sos with blue cheese. (Yes blue cheese!) I... received some of the smallest wings I have ever seen. The whole wing is the size of a the 2oz cups the serve the sauce in.Obviously upset, I asked if the manager can do something to compensate for the size.(most would just buy a lifted truck but Itried democracy) I was kindly gifted 10% off. Typical manager (Megan) who is given too much power and doesn't know what to do with it. Has absolutely no customer service... skills. Quick to throw policies but was nowhere to be seen when we had to return all three orders of wings and fries becausethey were old and cold.
