THIS IS MY FIRST 1 STAR review. I've reviewed hundreds of places, and this is the FIRST 1 star. Let me tell you, I SEEN THEM... SPIT (they're actually talking loudly) at order. I brought the situation to the Manager, and yes.. I was upset.. but all Iwanted was a refund and I ended up so upset at what she said to me. CUSTOMER SERVICE 1/5 FOOD QUILTY 1/5 I WIILL NEVER RETURNTO THIS PLACE UNTIL THE ENTIRE STAFF IS REPLACED. INTACT, it's possible I'll never go to another BK again either after thisordeal. Read more

I wish I could remember the woman?s name who helped me at the counter. I was trying to use the app and having some issues. She... was patient and very helpful in that situation that most other fast food workers would have been annoyed. I highly recommendthis location. They?re service is top tier! Read more

Don't go here. People are rude when going threw dive threw. Food was cold. They make you wait a long time. Don't have what's on... the menu. Make sure you get the correct change back. Read more

Just stopped by today 05/30/22 at around 10:00pm . I ordered two whopper meals , one order or mozzarella sticks and a Hershey... pie. My order came out to be 28 dollars. I get too the register and this African American young lady had the worst customerservice I have ever seen in a fast food chain. She literally looked like she had diarrhea or food poisoning, her face was blank,she looked like she wanted to punch the client in the face for coming to order food at the business that pays her to work until10pm. I politely asked Her for some sauces and marinera sauce, after my nearly $30 dollar order she gave me 4 sauces and told meshe had to charge me for more, I would totally pay for more if she would have said it nicely but she again, said it with athreatening voice . I laughed and said you can?t hook me up with sauces? She said i hookup homeless people not rats with moneylike you. This lady had the audacity to call me rat and say she couldn?t give me two extra sauces. If you are the owner of thisfranchise I would fire this lady in a heartbeat. Customer retention is key and it?s safe to say I will never buy in thislocation again. Read more

I just want to be part of the team and it?s been DAYS, the line keeps timing busy. I just want to check in on the status of my... application/interview. I hope it?s not like this when i actually work here. I love everyone to work as a TEAM and so far itseems as thought they don?t do that. There not eager as they say there are in the description. I don?t like to leave bad reviews but I honestly have never been to any establishment more disorganized than this Burger King... location. We waited 20 minutes at the window for our orders for our 2 meals. From the drive thru window, we can clearly Seeeveryone just hanging around meanwhile there are lines of cars behind us. It?s safe to say I?ll never be back, and it?s sad tosay that coming from someone who also works in the food business. Read more
