I almost have this place 5 stars considering my first time going here was great, granted it was around 11am so maybe the morning... shift was on point. Sandwiches were fresh and hot, delicious. Complete opposite last night, the night shift is God awful. I'venever waited in a drive thru for so long before this one. There were at least 5 cars ahead of me and each car took up to almost10 min wait, one at a time. As expected, an item was missing, so I had to go inside to ask for it. I understand they might'vebeen short staffed or maybe something broke, idk. No apologies for the wait or anything was made. I got home and the bacon kingsandwich I had was horrendous. Smashed, old bread soaked thru and falling apart, ingredients everywhere, they forgot my tomatoand lettuce so they tossed some on the side in a box. Good thing I had buns at home I used to replace this with. Cookies werenot warmed as requested after I went inside to ask for them. Customer service was terrible overall. I went with my kids and did an order through the mobile app. It was for dine in and I was there for almost 30 minutes, while I... was waiting, several customers that came after me were getting their orders before me. I asked what the hold up was and wastold it was due to one item I asked why I didn't get the food that was ready, as I had two very hungry kids that were gettinganxious. I heard a snide remark from one of the people in the back, as the cashier ignored me. I asked again and this time themanager made a rude remark to me. Mind you, I didn't raise my voice, didn't make a snide remark, etc That is a picture of theburger I got. It was barely warm and as you can clearly see, the bread wasn't toasted. This was such a horrible experience anda clear reminder why I should never go to Burger King, because Burger King Sucks! Read more
Had a half dozen kids at the house so I grabbed coupons that come every week. Six sandwiches, fries and drinks all for $26.... Also, this place does it better than most. I drive by another BK to come to this one. Ask for heavy on the lettuce and tomatoesfor a nice hefty whopper. Read more
Went through the drive through twice because I had ordered a double stacker meal plain, which i specified meant no stacker... sauce, handed the sandwich made with stacker sauce back through the window and heard the girl telling the people in the back toremake it plain and saying we wanted a free sandwich (which we didnt, i gave her the original sandwich, my husband will not eatstuff with sauce), asked me if i wanted cheese on it and i replied yes, just no sauce..so we ended up with 2 patties and cheese,no bacon. I was pretty annoyed but not my sandwich, my husband said just go home. We didn't get any straws with our drinks thefirst time around, so I asked for 2 straws when i was trying to get the Stacker fixed, she handed me 6. Get home and the italianchicken sandwich i ordered had American cheese, not mozzarella. Just really pretty frustrating and given the reception for thefirst mess up, didnt seem worth trying to fix or ordering there again. I've worked at fast food restaurants, I always treatpeople the way i would want to be treated, so my poor review isn't because I'm a jerk. I like to get what I ordered and I dontmind if I have to check my stuff and pull through again, but the attitude and lack of concern is what really could be adjustedat this location. I can live without Burger King, it's not like it's Chipotle. Made the wrong choice for a quick dinner tonight,won't happen again. Read more
I go quite often to this location to get food for my son, specially the frozen Cokes. The Employees are very friendly since you... make it to the ordering screen till you pick up the order no matter if it's opening hrs or closing hrs around late aroundmidnight.
