Used to come here all the time. Last time I went my drink was carbonated, the food was old and stale, and worst of all, the... burger I had already started eating was moldy. Went back to let them know and got a partial refund and told them I needed tocall corporate since it was a health concern. Corporate told me the franchise owner would get in contact with me before theycould escalate my ticket. That never happened. I called them the next two weeks and they just kept escalating my ticket,initially telling me it would only take a few days for someone to reach out to me. No one ever did. I kept calling but they saidthere is nothing else they can do and all the sudden these things take time to get responded to, which is pretty funnyconsidering the first person I ever spoke with in corporate told me it was an emergency level issue. I had enough and called thehealth inspector, and there are some violations, but not enough to stop operations it seems. I also told corporate I may seeklegal action against them but they just don?t seem to care or are hoping that I will forget about this. I won?t. Think I willcall the Better Business Bureau next. DO NOT go to this place. Health department needs to shut this place down. We ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and the buns on one... of them had mold on it. No apology from the staff whatsoever. Not to mention that we wait like 20 minutes to get our order. Wemade sure to get our money refunded. Read more
What a lovely establishment.. As soon as I arrive, I see the potential act of being robbed.. They have that look like they ran... out of something from their local street pharmacist.. It is such a warm welcoming that could bring in more business.. I wouldrecommend this to all my friends and family, before visiting, please make sure to bring some protection.. If I could give it a zero I would. Paid for our food and the cashier told us we don?t have pennies and closed the window. We had... to wait 30 minutes even though we were in the front of the line. All the cars behind us got served. All we had was a chickensandwich 8 piece nugget and whopper. Then they want to sit here and ignore us when we asked for a refund. The guy inside wastrying to fight my husband threw the window. I had to call the cops because they kept refusing us. Absolutely worst Burger Kingever. I was debating not leaving this but after taking a bite into my BACON king I need to... Btw it had no bacon ???? they missed... multiple items in my order and acted like I was offending them asking for what I paid for. Couldn't even get bacon on a sandwich. This location is Terrible. Burgerking is awesome. When I'm craving a cheap burger late at night these guys are the place I go. Granted my order is messed... up frequently, yes the customer service is awful half the time but I continue to go for a reason. The char broiled burgers areamazing. I enjoy this place. And will continue to go untill you mess up the quality. Read more
Zero stars. This place absolutely made me not want to ever walk in another Burger King. I am from Ohio and live in Florida.... Stopped in this Burger King to use the restroom and grab some hot fries. Doing the PP dance, I was made to pay for my foodbefore they unlock the bathroom doors. I believe this is unethical and furthermore unbelievable.
