You can't go wrong! Solid food made from scratch. Never had a bad meal here! Counter help is efficient and prompt. Pizza is... always great as are the salads, sandwiches and pasta. It isn't fancy, but is so much like the pizzerias from where I grewup. These guys work hard and have exceptionally clear signage about their policies. It's a good solid pizza and pasta eatery! A personal favorite, and I very much enjoy coming here. While there are pizza choices in the area and some are very good, noneof them are as reliable or consistent, nor as affordable. We love Capri and are happy for this location. Food is great in both locations but there is a very rude guy (the guy who... usually stands toward the front making pizza- stocky) that works at the Cross Creek location to the point we don't go to thatlocation anymore and we used to go 1-3 times a week. It's a shame because the other, taller man is so nice and the food isdelicious. Zephyrhills location is friendly and the pizza is the best around! Read more
Sent my 16 yr old in to pick-up our carry- out order and he arrived home with the sodas missing. I ordered online the a wrap and... 2 slice deal which come with sodas. When I called to inquire about it to see if I could pick up our sodas the rude owner gotloud with me over the phone. Stating it is the customer?s responsibility to grab the drinks for their own orders but no where inthe store or on the online order page was this stated. She literally expected a 16 yr old boy to know this wrapped up orderready to go was his responsibility to locate the drinks that were far to the right of the checkout his job. If this was the casewhy can I select my drink online if I grab what I want in your store? Make it make sense , her reaction is the stuff you see onthose cooking shows that show why businesses fail. Instead of saying you are more than welcome to pick up your missing items shewanted to find blame and take away her responsibility. I sent a child to do an adult job( because I had Covid , I did the rightthing not going myself) and this business definitely needs a new owner. Read more
Consistently excellent food. Garlic knots are awesome, the mozzarella sticks are the best and their marinara sauce is... obviously homemade and compliments all the dishes. Hidden gem ???? best pizza place by far in the New Tampa area. We are Buffalo/Rochester born and good pizza is what NY is all... about, and this place does it right. Crispy fresh and delicious. But not just the pizza,the subs and pasta are amazing as well,we love getting the spinach lasagna. This place does it right! If you're in the area definitely check them out,you won't bedisappointed! The owner or manager is very rude. I was told to "read the menu" when I asked for a fountain soda and was told that I am only... allowed a canned soda, and to "read the sign" when I asked why the bill was more than the displayed sale price. I asked aboutthe meatball appetizer and was curtly told, read what the menu says. They would've had a faithful customer had they beenfriendly, and, possibly consider, oh, offering a bite size sample, or the fountain soda that I went in there for instead ofbeing directed to get my drink out of the freezer. Yes, the slices are as small as they appear in the pic. 7.50 for that and acan of coke. Oh, and just found it's cold after a 5 min drive home. Never again. Read more
Ordered through Grubhub and just got a call from the driver who said the restaurant didn't provide one entree because they were... out of ziti. No one called to ask about replacing the item and so now one family member has nothing on the way for their meal. Ifind that completely unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. Read more
