First of all, I partially blame the company as a whole for FALSE ADVERTISING with their tenders. Nothing ever looks like the... photo I guess, but there's ZERO similarities other than the pepper sprinkled throughout batter.. Now whatever tenders these arehave most definitely sat for HOURS and then redipped to be hot. You cannot tell me otherwise. I waited 20 minutes for my foodtoday, AFTER ordering. I didn't mind waiting. I was polite and thanked the woman at the window. I didn't complain or cause ascene like some people would. But getting home and opening this which I bought for my child is disappointing. ALL of my foodshould have been fresh if I'm waiting that long. Food safety, temperatures and timing is so important and in place for a reason.This is due to pure laziness or concern for food cost/waste. Either way it should not outweigh food safety. I'm glad that Icheck my child's food and was able to throw this away. Otherwise he would have just eaten it and most likely have spent the nextfew days sick. $4.79 +tax to serve me this?! 1 disabled parking spot and this non handicapped car is in it. I park elsewhere, help my disabled client maneuver to a bench and... watch a disabled vet make his way to his car to leave, also unable to utilize handicap parking. I ask for the manager to explainthere is a car illegally using the ONLY handicapped spot....ITS THE MANAGERS CAR! He parked there for the convenience....heshould be ticketed and fined...then fired! I strongly recommend no one ever eat at checkers, especially this location. I was served raw chicken, was sick for nearly a... week, and 2 weeks and 3 complaints later I still have not received any kind of communication about this. DISGUSTING and clearlylittle to no practices in place to keep customers healthy. Read more
