Alright I was a bit harsh on my first pass at this place. For a Checkers, this place is actually wicked nice. The staff is... speedy and kind. I think the store just got a new paint job, which is really fun and cool in a fast-food world of brown and greybox buildings. I was served by the manager (their first night in the role) and he was EXEMPLARY. You're simply not going tofind better in the business. His personal approach to my concern was refreshing compared to the canned company lines that a 20year veteran might regurgitate. I left satisfied, happy, and with a new opinion of checkers. Read more

My new favorite checkers location Very clean and beautiful restaurant customer service was flawless , the light skinned curly... brown haired cashier girl who handed me my food , don?t know how her name but she was super kind and sweet . Two stars are for the food, which is tasty and what I?ve come to expect from Checkers. But ordering the food is a zero star... experience. I absolutely hate trying to get robots to understand me, especially when we have allergen concerns or specialinstructions, etc... So we had to wait in line and then park, download the app, place the order, wait again, etc. I will nevergo to a Checker?s again until they allow me to order food with a human being. If I could give 0 stars I would. Lived in the area for about a year and have tried this spot a few times, horrible food and... service every time. The GM called my boyfriend to make it right and give us 2 free meals on the house. Finally made it backthat way and went in to grab our meals and of course, the staff was SO rude throughout the entire interaction. Decided to noteven take the free food.
