Indisputably the worst fast food place I've ever experienced (this means a lot in 35 years on 4 continents). Poor service,... inaccurately filling orders, staff not trained well enough to complete the three transactions I observed, failed to bring ourdrinks before our food arrived at the table. Lots of workers with lots of disjointed action behind the counter. Food was bothcold and my undercooked fries were crunchy. Recieved our LARGE fries like this with condiments and my Mac and cheese stuffed inside the frie containers! Are we not worried... about germs and if the condiments are even safe enough to have smashed down into my fries? Two whole sandwiches missing not tomention the fries are cold and soggy! Is this really how y'all are running things now? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Update10/3/2022: I waited twenty minutes past my set delivery time because the delivery person ignored my directions. And now I'mtrying to eat my mac and cheese, after eating cold and soggy fries. Not to mention, this is after me trying to eat a cold, burntchicken sandwich. So get this, I am met with hair in my mac and cheese! Great job! Now the 15 dollars I spent was not worth itand I will go to bed hungry. FYI: Pulled the hair out of the food for a better visual. Placed a mobile order for a 4 count spicy tender but was given a 3 count. I simply tried calling to have the store refund the... difference in price and instead was chastised by the chick fil a employee over the fact that I wanted a refund for ?just onetender?. If I could give zero stars I would. Chicken, both the sandwich and nuggets were barely cooked. Fries been there forever it... seemed and same w Mac and cheese. Obviously chic Fila knows what they are doing at most places but I'll never eat at this oneagain. How hard is it to follow the cooking directions that are the same at every location. Unfortunately, I rated one star on how the staff addressed a drink that was spilled into my car?s door when I was grabbing my... order. The container lip was open, and when I grabbed the drink, the foam cup broke. Yes, most of the beverage landed on mycar?s door?s fabric. The staff didn?t even say or do anything. I had to ask for napkins to prevent some of the liquid went intothe electrical components of the door. Then, I explained what happened to Andrew, one of the supervisors. He could not provideany solution to clean my car rather than more napkins and another drink?extremely disappointed about my experience with thestaff at that moment. I thought Chick-fil-A knew better. This chik fil a has seriously fallen off. I understand that there is a shortage of labor but it took me 30+ minutes to get a... milkshake and I went into the restaurant and ordered. Also ordered delivery and it took almost 2 hours and was all stuffed intoone bag. The large fries weren?t full and everything was cold. It?s sad to say but we eat chik fil a probably once a week andwe will DEFINITELY be taking our business to another location. Read more
I have had quite a few bad experiences with this CFA, but have never written a review. However, tonight I was absolutely... appalled by what I saw and I hope corporate reads this and looks into helping this store specifically. I placed a mobile orderand went inside - when I hit ?I?m here?, it was 8:40pm and the estimated wait time was 1-9min. I waited 17min for my food andwhile I was waiting I saw a quite few disturbing things. The girl in the light red shirt in the very back of the pic (you canonly see her head) took a giant sip out of someone?s milkshake then they served it to a table? she then started flinging herstraw around launching the contents of her spit/backwash all over all of the cups, fountains, orders and registers. She thenthrew it away - didn?t wash her hands and started making drinks. The girl in the red shirt was standing around laughing withthe guy in the green shirt and she was making Snapchat videos while I was standing there with 9 other people waiting for ourfood. I noticed that the status updated to ?Your order is complete? and waited a few minutes more before finally asking for myorder. It had been sitting on the counter for quite some time and the fries were cold by the time I finally got my food. Threepeople were arguing over who should take out an overflowing trash can. The girl by the window knocked it over, then picked upthe trash and didn?t washed her hands. I noted about 5 health code violations in the 17min I was standing there. Dropping cupson the floor and putting them back, etc? They need some serious help. The bathrooms have been out of order for a couple ofmonths, and the average wait time for your food is anywhere from 10-20min. This is hands down the worst CFA I?ve ever beento.
